When you're opinion is morally wrong and you don't think otherwise, you're either evil or a moron. I'm going to go with moron. Why should the TV Station be responsiple because some idiot is easily distracted and puts otherthings in front of their own safety and the safety of others. There's an obligation that the driver takes when they put their car on the road and that is to be defensive and aware, not distracted and careless. Such an opinion of "They should sue the news for distraction" is utter BULLSHIT, and promotes a system where nobody is responsible for their own actions. How about this, you decide to go for a walk, somebody gets distracted because they notice you doing something and slams into the back of another car and then next thing you know you're in court being sued by the distracted driver for distracting them. Then again, I'm already under the assumption that empathy is something you don't care about or haven't grasped yet, so you'll probably won't get my point.
