When someone you don't know reaches out to shake your hand, shake it. If you don't, you should be prepared for a punch in the face. I'm not saying you need one. I'm just saying its fair game. Most people like to drink and have fun. There is a line however. When your friends tell you they're leaving before you get your asked kicked by the entire bar, you've crossed said line.
